These Terms of Use (hereinafter 'Terms') define the conditions for accessing and using the Bookimo platform, accessible via the website and mobile applications.

Access to the Bookimo platform requires prior registration. The user creates a professional account with personal and confidential credentials for which they are solely responsible.

Bookimo is a management platform for construction and service professionals. It offers the following features:

• Appointment and schedule management.
• Lead and client request management.
• Client database management.
• Email, SMS, and push notifications.

The user agrees to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information upon registration.
• Not use the service for illegal purposes or in violation of these Terms.
• Take responsibility for client data entered on the platform.

The Bookimo platform, its logos, trademarks, and all content therein are the exclusive property of Bookimo SASU. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.

The user retains full ownership of the data they enter on the platform.

Bookimo undertakes to provide an available and functional service, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability (100%). In the event of failure, Bookimo's liability is limited to amounts actually paid by the user during the last 12 months.

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The user may terminate their account at any time. Deletion of the account and associated data may be requested by email to contact@bookimo.io.

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Nanterre shall have sole jurisdiction.

Bookimo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email of any changes. Acceptance will be deemed tacit in the absence of objection within 30 days of notification.
